HI,

I am currently on Work Permit and I have applied for Tier 1 (HSMP) on 12th August. Now in the meantime I have got another job offer and the New employer wishes to transfer the Work permit. My question is can this be done simultaneously- that new employer can send the CHANGE OF EMPLOYMENT form to work permit office while my Tier 1 application is under consideration and from the forum it look HSMP will take 2 months before any outcome. ? Please give your opinions? As the change of employment does not require passport nor it does the application ask any question about any other application made!
