I have been an idiot. help me out soon

Didnt read the guidance form properly, I sent unnotarised copy of my passport for under 28 application yesterday. only realised after reading this as an requirement thru this website. What should I do now?

1. block my cheque?
2. if i send it later will it be considered? i can send my UK driving licence

where do i get it notarised if i need to?

is my £315 gone?

Brilliant advice ranchers....

Get a notarised copy of your passport and send it to the HSMP team with a covering letter, include details of how and when the application was delivered. You could wait 'til you get the reference number to ensure it is linked up properly. If you send it in straight away they will receive it before they get your case meaning it can't get linked up at that time.

The best thing to do is wait for your reference number, give them a ring, tell them you'll send proof of age, then send it in.

i did call up hsmp they asked me to write email which i have done. but i think it will take a week before they reply. they told me i can only get a reference number after my payment is cleared. how many days interval is it betwen getting reference number and my case being seen by the case worker. Will I have enough time to to post it thru?
