Help wanted. Application for neturalisation

I came in UK on 26.03.2006 and got ILR on 02.01.2011. I have following criminal covictions
Section 5 Public Oreder Offence ( Verbal offence with 12 months conditional discharge in Feb. 2010)
Treffic - 3 points ( tyre was not good) - April 2010.
The ILR was on basis of merriage with british and the merriage no longer exists
What is the earliest I can apply for nationalitty?

I could be wrong - but you may have to wait untill Feb 2015 to apply for your citizenship.

2015 when your offences are spent. Assuming you don't offend again in the meantime.

Why did they gave me ILR then? inspite of above mentioned charges?

i will suggest you to take all paper works and let have a look to an immigration advisor coz here we can only give advice whatever u are saying but we cant see any thing.

if you think you got ILR with these charges and you can also get BC i am not sure about this but lets wait for expert ok goodluck.

Do you mean you are now divorced? Or just separated?
