removed 15 th april after overstaying , planning to get married &apply for entry clearance to join my partner , am i blacklisted ?in case of refusal
do i have any other options ?

You will have a negative immigration history and will not be allowed entry to the UK for at least one year possibly more. All depends on your circumstances and previous immigration status in the UK
