My girlfriend is in the UK currently on holiday, she is a Brazilian national.
We have decided to try and get some work for her here in the hope that she can stay permently.
What is the best way of obtaining a work permit, Ive been reading all the websites and it seems very complicated. She doesnt have any qualifications so I dont think she would be eligible for HSMP. She is highly skilled (well in my opinion!). She can speak fluent French, Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Ive heard that we wont have much luck with agencies and the like, ive been trying to download an application form for a work permit myself but have failed so far!. If we found an initial employer to sponser the work permit is it simple to transfer to another job? Is the fact that she is here in the UK now a hinderence? I have many questions but basically I need some sound advice and hopefully some opionions and thoughts from other brazilians/non EU nationals working here in the UK
