My best friend recently got her British Citizenship ceremony done and has got a British passport.

Just wanted to know where does she have to surrender her Indian passport to?

Indian High Commission, London.

Here is the guidance provided by HCI London.

"In case you have obtained nationality of another country, you are required to surrender your Indian nationality. For the purpose, please send the Indian passport to the Passport Section of the High Commission alongwith a letter stating that you have acquired UK Nationality/passport and would like to surrender the Indian citizenship. Also please send a copy of your UK Passport. "
