Hmrc windup petition

Hi I'm on tier 2 general sponsored visa. My company got windup petition from hmrc due to unpaid tax. How it's going to affect me as employee. I'm going to change my job in 1month as I got new sponsor. Am I still eligible for ILR in 2017. Till now company's license is not revoked. Please help
