Retained rights of residence requires minimum of 3 years of marriage to a EU spouse with one of those years spent residing in the EEA state (in this case the UK). So, on the face of it, you do not qualify for retained rights and your RC is no longer valid.denard wrote:Hi.
I am a holder of an EEA Resident card in UK. I been married with an EU wife for 2 years and we have been divorced few months ago. Now can any one please tell me will my resident card still be valid now that i am divorced.
