Am I holding a suitable state for applying ILR? pls help

Post by maddy2012 » Tue Feb 14, 2012 11:50 pm

Hello All,
I am going apply for ILR on this March 2012. I have explained my 5 years immigration status below. Please help me out to know whether I am holding a suitable state for applying ILR..?

I have been serving for one company since last 5 years in UK with 2 Work permits and one Tier 2 (ICT). My first WP was for 2 years then my company has renewed it for another 2 years. On completion of the 2nd WP, my company again renewed it for another 2 years and this time I received Tier 2 ICT.

Currently I am holding Tier 2 (ICT) and I am going to apply for ILR in work permit scheme ( Tier 2 ICT).

I have below mentioned original documents – please let me know if I need to provide any further documents along with these..?

1) Completed SET (O) application form.
2) 12 Months Bank Statements – this is the only cohab documents proof I can provide in my name. Is it sufficient as cohab proof document??
3) 12 Months Salary Slips
4) Letters from Employer
5) P60 for the past 5 years
6) Two passports
7) Educational certificates
8) Photos

Many thanks, Maddy
