I’m planning to go to my home country for holiday shortly and have agreed with my manager to 3 weeks annual leave + 1 week work from home option (from home country).
Will this break any Tier 2 rules (especially the work from home option) or add complications for any future ILR application?
I understand we need to submit a letter from the employer about all the leaves (annual, sick, etc.) for ILR application, so just don’t want to take any risks with Tier 2/ILR rules. I can still change my leave plans or take additional leave, if necessary.
Background: I’m currently on Tier 2 visa and intend to apply for ILR when the time comes (still 4+ years away)
