My Holiday Duration on PSW

Hi All.
I have completed my Masters in Uk and iam on my PSW .My Visa is valid till 2010 october.Currently iam in India and learning some software courses.I am planning to stay for 3.5 months.Is that ok to take such a long holiday on PSW .Iam bit worried .Plss reply.If not i will have to prepone my ticket.Is there any holiday limit ??

No. You can stay out of country for as long as you want. You won't face any problem coming back as long as you have a valid visa.

But if you stay out of coutry for more than 6 months then you will be entering as a fresh resident if you are thinking about applying for ILR on basis of 10 year long residency later.
