Have you received any recent letter on this matter? (detail of judges ruling? HO grounds for contest?)

ok, try to breathe & relax.

You need something in writing; if you have a solicitor, s/he should be briefing you.

What is husband's status at the moment & what have you applied for?

Solicitor told me everything will come in the post, think we applied for spousal visa with a long stay element, its been like 3/4 yrs now with so many upsets along the way, when in the hearing the solicitor tried more for the children as the home office originally had not even taken the children into account, but its based on my mentel health, the fact my parents, particularly my father cannot fly to pinas, the nursery submitted a statement saying how my oldest has made progress and needs to stay in school for stability and learning, I just feel sick with it all deflated and sick, what other possible reason can they give now that the judge decided in our favour anyway,

Other members know more about such appeals however suggest sit tight for now (however hard that is) & wait & see;
- at the last minute HO may decide to throw in the towel & not show up to contest after all.
(Something similar happened in my case).

I surely hope so, does it mean I have to go to court again though,
