Home office/ police checks

Post by joy_kavee » Sat Jul 18, 2009 12:34 pm

hello,

A friend of mine was recently arrested by police on the allegation of an assault. However, charges were dropped but he was still DNA and fingerprints taken & given a warning that any future charges in the future will result in him being taken to court. prior to this incident, he had no civil nor criminal charges nor even been arrested.

Will this event has any impact when he renews his tier1?

I supposed that there has not been any criminal charges but does having been dna/ finger printed affect his application.
