Home Office Premium Service

Hello All,

I have been to home office today for premium service (student visa).

My case.
I am switching from IGS(post study work ) to student visa .Course is starting on 19 April.

The college is on A Rating .I have maintain 1700 from 3 months in my account, paid half of the fees and showed 8 lakhs rupees in my mother accounts and letter from her that she is suporting me and birth certificate etc,+her bank statement as describe on Homeoffice site.(Every Thing Geninune as she is a govt servant back home)

This is the answer i receive on the same day from Ho

My Questions are.

1.My course is starting from 19 of april... what i should do if they dont return my papers.Can i start studyin g my course

2.Has any one gone through similar case like me.If yes please share and Advice me.

3.God forbid if they refuse what can i do ,am i alllowed to appeal or review pllease provide information so that i can preppare myself.

Any answers /advice will be highly appreciated.(I am very tensed)

Yes i think you can start your studies without being approved, this is because until your case is decided, you will remain in the current visa category that you were in. and in this case, it was PSW, psw has no restriction on whether or not you can study.

If you applied when you had a valid leave to remain, (ie, when your visa was still valid), you will be given the right of appeal. If you applied when your visa expired, you will not.
