Home office reference and Salary requirement

Post by srvolatile » Tue Mar 25, 2014 12:06 pm

Hi,

I am applying for TIER 2 (General, switching from Post Study Work visa).

Could you please clear the below doubts ? :

H1. Have you ever had any Home Office reference number(s) assigned to you?
I am not sure whether I have it or not. Please let me know, where can I find it ?

I am working for this company for 14 months and now, they provided
Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) to apply for Tier 2. In CoS, they mentioned
job title as Junior software engineer ,
job type as a 2136 Programmers and Software development professionals, and
Job description as a new entrant.
My salary is 24000 £, Is it enough to get visa ?
I heard that below 3 years experience candidate can use job description as a NEW ENTRANT, Is it true ?

I don't have 90 days (only have 80 days and have to drop this application with in a week) bank statement with 900£
and my company confirmed on CoS, that sponsor certifies maintenance for the migrant as Y(es).
So, Can I eligible to drop application form without bank statement ?

Thanks in advance.

If your company has certified for maintenance, you should be ok without a bank statement.
If your salary is as required for SOC and job title, that should be ok. Your sponsor should know whether £24k is at least the minimum for your required job or not.
