Housing report & Bank statment

Hi everyone,
wondering if anyone can help, i am looking to apply for my wife next week, she is currently in Bangladesh and wanted to know if the housing report (certificate of co habitation in property) will be valid? I basically done the report back in mid Novemeber 2014 and wanted to know if this will cause any major issue and if they question the dates?
Also my December bank statment has not come yet but i will be able to get a copy online from my bank in the same format as the others, again will they question this?
Any advise on this would be muchly appricated.

you have to have an online statement printout stamped in branch with a branch stamp or teller stamp on every page

has to have account number, bank logo, your name
