How to apply for British Citizanship

Hello,

I am bit confuse , Can any one give me some guidance please.

I got my HSMP in March 2006 and finish 4year in Oct 2010. Now i am on Idenfinate Stay from Oct 2010. So I have to finish 1year then apply for British Citizan. Ok now my question is :

Do i have to stay continues 11month or i can go out of country like 90day ( Basically for holidays) ??
Please tell me what is the procedure for apply British Citizanship.

You may apply for naturalisation as and when you fulfil the standard requirements.
