how to apply for hsmp

hi,

i am just planning to apply for hsmp. i could find lot of dotcom consultants and some consultants physically in my place.

how should i start my process? should i apply thru online like workpermit.com or thru migration consultants or can i apply direct to the Home Office.

Need urgent advice.

Its all up to you really. using an agent / solicitor wont speed up your case really nor guarantee you success. i think most people applied directly. i really dont know what the success rate is for those who went through agents versus those who went direct, actually this might not really be a factor at all, as each case is treated individually on its own merits. i think you will also find a lot of help and advice on this forum as you will be interacting with people who have gone throuhg or are going thruogh the process
