How to apply hungarian spouse visa from India

Hello guys

I need your help regarding my friend.

My friend is in detention center at the moment, he had been taken from his house during HO raid. But he was living with his hungarian girlfriend. He had already applied for EEA Unmarried application and its pending. HO is planning to deport him.

BEFORE EEA application, he applied for FLR(o) , that had been rejected, he applied EEA Application 2 days before raid so that means HO didnt know that he applied for EEA. But now HO confirmed his EEA Application.

But he is thinking to apply from back home. So, now my friend is ready to go back with his girlfriend and in India , they gonna get married and want to apply so they both can come back.

Guys, i need your advice, what they should do?
From india, do they need to apply for UK or HUNGARY??

What documents they require???

Please its urgent, kindly give ur suggestions.

He already applied for bail but its pending , they are not letting him go even his gf is 3 months pregnant and no one is there to look after her.

So when they gonna deport him , she will go behind him and they can get married over there.

But he wants To know about documents??
