How are points awarded for work experience for FSW appl?

Hi

Can someone please clarify how the points for work experience are calculated for FSW applications?

If an applicant has two years of experience in one of the 38 occupations listed in ministerial instructions and ten years experience overall (and all the experience is in 0, A, B skilled levels), then how many points will be awarded for the experience - only 17 for the two years experinece in the nominated occupation, or 21 for overall experience being more than four years?
