how can we check the date of cancellation of tier4 license

my college was suspended few months before. according to my knowlege they did not appeal and now there is nothing in that building.
how can I check the date of their license cancellation. so that I may know upto what date I would have to get admission and visa with any other college.

You need to ask UKBA.

You need to ask so many things to UKBA. You cannot change or move colleges without UKBA permission as after strick changes in immigration laws, its not as simple as you are thiking.

If that college was suspended and they did not appeal and college does not exists anymore, its mean their license has been revoked.

If you were enrolled there as Tier-4 student and the college license has been revoked and two months gone, you visa must be curtailed by UKBA.

If your visa has been curtailed more than 28 days before, you are now an overstayer in UK and it will badly effect your status and future visa application which may include deportation and bans.
