How can I claim the money?

Hi,

I am new to tier 2 category, I am starting to get other research job requests which is in line with what I do as a profession and sector and not more than 20 hours, but not with the same sponsor, the only problem is that I do not know how to claim the money, does they need to hire me as a part time job or can I claim this through an umbrella company.

Can someone help?
