How can I obtain a work permit if my minor daughter starts school in Ireland?

I would really appreciate your guidance.

I am a non-EU parent and my youngest daughter (5 years old) has Polish nationality through her mother. We are planning for her to attend primary school in Ireland starting next year. My question is: would I be eligible to apply for a work permit or residence permit in Ireland as her father, even if I am not an EU citizen?

My intention is to move to Ireland to support her education and stay legally with her. Ideally, I would like to find a way to work while we live there.

Has anyone gone through a similar situation or know what path I should follow?
