How to change student visa to HSMP dependant

Hi all,

I possess my HSMP extension(Residence Permit) and presently based in the UK.

My spouse(wife) whom I got married to earlier in the year has been on a student visa and also presenly in the UK.

Please, how do I apply for her as my dependant?

This is very urgent since her visa would be expiring in October.
