How con I change ceremony invitation date?

Hi, I have received ceremony invitation letter from my council today for 3 March , can I change the date earlier or not?

Contact them and ask. No one can tell you what the answer will be...depends on how busy they are and how often they hold BC ceremonies :|
You can always arrange a private ceremony for a considerably higher fee.
