How do I contact FOI UK?

Hi guys! I wanted to make sure how can I contact FREEDOM OF INFORMATION UK? I went through the website but it does not have an email, it is asking me to put my contact details and my request, this is how everyone contacting them or is there any email address to contact them regarding my immigration query? Please help me with it and I would really appreciate your help.

Each government department and executive agency would have a separate email address for FoI.

Alternatively, you could use a service like http://www.whatdotheyknow.com to raise FoI requests that the rest of the public can view in future as well.

If you have a question about the data that a department (such as the Home Office) holds on you, you will need to raise a Subject Access Request under the Data Protection Act, not an FoI request.

I wish to ask about the Family member of a British citizen (EEA resident card holder) can travel to UK without family permit from Ireland as part of the common travel area.
I've seen some post saying they have been to UK without family permit so I want to make it sure directly from them. Have you heard about this? For this information is there any ways that I can contact them? Or do I have to go through FOI?
