how to fix H-1B violation in USA

Hi,

Could you tell me if I violate the law when I work a part time job with a H-1B working permit sponsored by another full-time job in USA?

If I did, how to fix the H-1B violation if I need to apply for green card?

H1B violation

You can likely still acquire your green card though an attorney may have to apply for certain waivers on your behalf. If you didn't have permission to work for the p/t employer, you violated the USCIS regulations but you may still be able to get a green card. Consult with an attorney to move forward and avoid further violations.
