how to get FLR, worried

I'm a Brit working paying loads of tax and NI in UK for long time and plan to marry my Japanese fiance in Sep.
We aplied for fiance visa and it was accepted no problem few weeks ago because I was in working good job.
Anyway she arrives here in 2 weeks, but I've just lost my job :(

Will we be able to get FLR for her after wedding even if I havent found more work by then?
