How to get reference numbers from UKBA - Home office

Hi,

A UK based company has already issued me CoS for tier 2 general visa and i am in process of submitting online application for the same from outside UK. In online application i need to provide details of my previous stays in UK

I had been to UK earlier on Tier 2 ICT and had extended my stay twice while i was there by applying for visa extensions. For those extension application i had received a mailer from UKBA - home office to submit my biometric details and in that mail they used to provide me a reference number which would basically start with first alphabet of my family name. Now i don't have that information with me anymore and i need it to complete my current application for Tier 2 general visa.

Is it possible to get that information from UKBA - Home Office. If so can anyone please provide me the right e-mail address or contact no. to whom i can request this in Home office.
