You can't make existing employees count.

But if the business is going bankrupt, why are you joining it ? You may be better off starting a new business in competition and taking over their customers, employees, etc. when the business goes down.

hi

thanks for your reply . do you mean start a new business in the same premesis? after he leaves?

today He also offered me that my new company can rent part of his shop (rear) start my own pizza shop in his business premesis and use the back door for deliveries. i will be registered in the council and i will use just eat etc... whereby i can use my own employees etc..

I will pay a fixed amount to him and not worry about utility bills etc..

will that be accepted by home office?

thanks

How to join an existing business

Post by alyo » Tue Feb 26, 2019 9:02 pm

Hi guys

I have had my Visa extended.

I need to join an existing business but I do not know how.

Who do you approach in this situation?
You can't just walk into someone's business and ask to join it.

Please advise me

Alfie

Do not keep starting new topics for each question. Continue in your original thread so people have a full background

Once you know what business you want to join and agree with the current people in the business, talk to a lawyer to help you with the actual process needed. It has nothing to do with immigration rules.
