How long before she can work after marrage

I’m a British citizen and my girlfriend is from Japan. She has a four year work visa for the UK but specific to the company she works at.
We intend to get married later this year but were wondering, how long after getting granted a COA and getting married, can she apply for other jobs here.?
Any information would be gratefully appreciated.

She can apply any jobs after obtaining Spouse Visa/Marriage Visa
