How long it takes to apply for increased COS allocation

Hi

My employer have used up his allocation of COS, he is requesting for 2 more, can anyone tell me how long it takes to obtain the requested allocation increase?

yes, the reply is they don't have a standard service time for processing increase COS allocation.

correct. it can take months. they are painfully slow. they're also setting strict limits now so it's tougher to get an increase.
