How long it takes to get EU passport?

Hello Sir,
I am Arpan Goenka from India. I was a employee for an Indian company doing bussiness with Belgiu.They sent me to Belgium but as the new law pass that nobody can work without work permit , I have to come back to India and now I am unemplyed. My emplyer told me to get citizenship in Eu then only he would give me work. I know french and english. I want to settle down in Belgium or France. Could you please tell me if I marry a french girl in France or India then after how long I will get citizenship of EU and will I be able to work in any EU country?

Arpan, you seem to be a fraudulent character to me!

There is NO new law in Belgium requiring you to work with a work permit. That is a VERY OLD law and it hasn't ever be changed, nor will it ever be.
And if your employer tells you that you need to get a EU citizenship to get a job, he is a bloody fraud too. You can find a job in Belgium or France while retaining your Indian citizenship.

And the very fact that you are willing to marry a person just to get a citizenship is downright disgusting. People like you deserve no help!
