How long do you have to move, once approved?

Post by Tyce » Tue Nov 23, 2004 4:41 am

Hello - I have tried to search for this but could not find an answer.

Once your application is approved under HSMP... how long do you have until you must move to the UK, ie, how long is it valid for?

I would like to know as I am curious about it - obviously if you are given a large amount of time to make the move it will give you a lot more flexibility to choose when you arrive. I have not applied yet but am considering applying next year.

Thanks :)

Tyce,

Once you have recieved your HSMP approval letter, you have 3 months from the date of the approval letter to get Entry Clearence from the local british consulate nearest to you. Some members have said they have asked and received a visa stamp date 3 months from the EC. Search this forum for more info.
