How to post supporting documents from New Zealand to Sheffield

hi,
I am wondering how people has managed to send supporting documents from New Zealand to Sheffield? As per online instruction supporting documents must be sent to

Settlement Applications, International Operations and Visas
PO Box 5852
Sheffield
United Kingdom
S11 0FX

but you can't courier documents from New Zealand to a PO box address in the UK. How has other managed to send supporting their supporting documents and also provide a stamped address envelope? Any help would be appreciated
