How to Raise compliants (UKBA)

hi there

please did anyone know how to raise complaint toward the AIU(home office).
my appeal was allowed more than 10 weeks ago, i am still yet to hear from the UKBA agencies about what they are doing to implement the AIT decision in my favour, please could someone tell me what next to do.
