How to sue an OISC advisor

Post by morleyaxis » Fri Jan 09, 2015 8:09 pm

Hi,
Can someone advise me on the best way to go about suing a negligent OISC adviser in cases where for example they have failed to include necessary evidence for an application or been unaware of up-to-date immigration rules? This has led to the failure of an application meaning wasted legal costs and lost application fee. If there are any other pre-action measures that can be taken to resolve any dispute and bring a financial settlement, such advice would also be appreciated. Also if there are any lawyers who specifically deal with compensation arising out of immigration cases. Many thanks.
