How to swap from WHM to HSMP?

How to swap from WHM to HSMP?

Hi
After many months I have finally received my HSMP approval letter - yay!
Due to the delay I entered the UK on a Working Holiday Maker visa and now need to swap to HSMP.
Does anyone know how to do this? Presumably it is a little more complicated than sending in the standard FLR form?
I have contacted NZ High Commission in London and they were not able to help me.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

The general FLR (IED) form is still the one you should use.
