How & when do i receive HSMP file

Actual status of my HSMP application
posted on: 20th march, Jubail, KSA
Reached on: 24th March,
Draft cleared on: 26th March
I got reference number also.My question is,when i checked with DHL Saudi Arabia services, about picking up my shipment from sheffield, LONDON. They say cannot arrange so, because HSMP officers do not signon on airway bill. I want to know what is this recorded mail from HSMP office. Using this can i track my shipment or not? Please anybody put some light on this issue?
