HSMP APPLICATION Q33 &Document checklist

Hi all,
First of all let me thank you all for the great work.

I have a small question in Previous Earnings section

As I do not have p60 for the entire 12 month period,I'm enclosing all other alternative supportive evidence
1. Wage slips
2.Bank Statements and
3.Employer Letter as well as
4.P60 for the 4 month period

my query is do I need to check the box in Q33 or not (coz here its mentioned INCOME TAX RETURN COVERING PERIOD CLAIMED) and in the Final documents checklist mentioning only Income Tax Returns checkbox.

i am just guessing it,

dnt check the INCOME TAX RETURN COVERING PERIOD CLAIMED.

You need not also tick in checklist, but tell them that you have P60 for the partial period & you have also submitted this..

Me to on the same boat, not sure. But will be applying little late. Let me now did you go about it.
