Hi All,
Hope you guys can help me with my situation, I work for an international country in South Africa, where my salary is paid and I am currently doing consulting work at max 3 weeks around europe at our other branches, I am also in possesion of a WHM visa for the UK and a 3 yr Schengen Visa. In June next year I will qualify for the HSMP visa in South Africa cause that is where I get my salary and pay taxes. My company pays for board and logdging when I travel in europe. Now I have entered the uk pretty frequently on my WHM but not for work purposes more as a tourist cause I stay a week then I travel to my next Schengen destination, Asia or Africa.
My Question is based on the above scenario when I receive my HSMP approval letter in South Africa cause that's where the application will be made.
1) Do I have to apply for my Entry Clearance in South Africa?
or
2) Am I allowed to switch from WHM in the UK to HSMP even though the HSMP application was logged in South AFrica and the points was earned on the South African income band and not the UK one?
Your guidance will be appreciated.
