hsmp application

Hi everyone

I am a new member and happy to be with you and looking for your advice.I am willing to apply for HSMP and was working in Algeria before starting my studies here in UK.I have worked therefor seven months and the salery was tax free therefore I do not have any tax document with me.Can anyone suggest what document is required to proof this that my salery was tax free and employer was submitting tax on behalf of all the employees workin there in ths office?I hope you understand the situation.

That wud be really tough cos u do need atleast some form of tax documents. But if you havent got it then guess u'll need to get all available docs to prove that u are earning how much u are claiming for, which will include ur bank statements showing the amount deposited in ur acct by ur company, letter from ur company statin how much u've earned and that there is no tax system or tax free, ur original payslips and if u do have ur employement letter u got b4 u started ur job.....think all shud do but u must make u case very strong so that caseworker will not have any small doubt about ur apps.
