HSMP Applying Early, Imp Info. Req...

Hi All,
If I'am applying for early extension under Tier 1 before my visa expires,
say due to some reason my application is refused , will I get a chance to appeal. coz some one said to me If you have a vaild visa they will not give a chance for appeal....
appreciate any comments.....

You wont. But you can reapply.

Yes. You won't get a chance to appeal. But you will still able to reapply as your current visa still hold valid.
