HSMP Approved.. Doubt in FLR

HSMP Approved.. Doubt in FLR

Hi,

I got my HSMP Approved (Feb 08), but i have WP valid till Dec 08, which gets invalid if i get HSMP-FLR

1. I assume that I cannot get a post date FLR. Please confirm
2. Can i get the date on HSMP letter extended?

Please suggest. Thank you.

Hi

1. You cannot get FLR post dated. Its better to delay FLR and apply in six months. Though fee soon is going to to be increased.

2. Your HSMP letter is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. You cannot get it extended.
