HSMP Aproval letter & Tier1 Visa holder Dependent visa q

Hello there,
I am a new user in this forum and referred by one of my friend. I have a query regarding my dependent visa. I am working here for an Engineering company and was on WP before but then I applied for HSMP before 28th of Feb 2008. On 02 May I have received my HSMP approval letter (not Tier1) from home office. Soon after that I have applied for the Tier1 leave to remain and yesterday I have received my stamped passport with three years Tier1 visa.
Now I want to apply for my wife currently in Pakistan. I am not sure that what form do I need to fill in for her. This is her first application. Please guide me about the application form because different forums give different answers for my question. I am really stuck and can't decide that which is the right form. Currently I have two application form with me. Please let me know that what form do I need to fill in and submit at British high comission islamabad.

1. VAF2 (Employment Category) Oct 2007 version
2. POINTS BASED SYSTEM FORM (VAF10 MAR 2008)

Please help me solving this issue. your help and suggestion will be really appreciated.

VAF10 is only for applicants from India (at least for now) and this has been suggested to you before. Click here to see advice already given to you earlier. See also All EC applicants from Pakistan. You might find useful information in this discussion thread.
