HSMP & Arrival in UK

Dear All,

I got my HSMP visa stamped on my passport on 18th March. Now I'm winding up all the things here and gave notice to leave the job.

I'll be in UK on 15th July. I heared that one must not be outside Uk more than 6 months in 4 years.

I want to know that my stay outside UK, from 18th March till July 15th, will be counted in those 6 months or not?? Since during this period my visa is active and I'm still in my home country.
