HSMP dependant from work permit

Hi all, I have got HSMP approval and am applying for FLR now(I am already in country on a work permit). my wife is already in country too but on a separate work permit of her own. my question is; can i apply for her leave extension along with my FLR. ie is there a restriction of in country change from work permit visa to HSMP dependent visa. many thanks in advance
