3. do i have to apply seperatly for dependant , i mean diff appl like my hsmp appl or she can just show her employment details as she is currently working in a reputed firm

I think by switching you jeopardize the possibility of not getting the permit based on HSMP. There have been so many changes and it seems to get harder to qualify. I think that you are better off sticking it out where you are another year and then get your ILR. At which point, I am not sure with ILR, then you can work anywhere you want?

1. As i need one more year to apply for PR, will my 4yrs(wp) will count - Yes will count - WP to HSMP is allowed to apply ILR. Anyways, you will get 2 years of initial HSMP and so sud have no issues with ILR.
2. Once my visa is converted to HSMP, wat will be the status of my dependant (wife) as she is currently dep of wp holder - Depends on you. If you want your wife to continue on WP for safer side, you can just let her continue with WP and if she wants to switch job, then u can apply for HSMP dependent.
3. do i have to apply seperatly for dependant , i mean diff appl like my hsmp appl or she can just show her employment details as she is currently working in a reputed firm - You probably need to apply for HSMP(FLR) dependent to her. Confirm it.4. wat are the documents req for dependant visa(HSMP) or were can i find it - Sud be the same FLR document as yours. Please confirm.pls do reply
thx
Cheers

Since she is already a dependant of you, she can get ILR at the same at you.

No, if you continue on your current WP then your wife doesn't have to change her dependant visa.
But if you change to HSMP then she needs to apply for another dependant visa which can be done at the same time when you apply for FLR.
