HSMP DEPENDANT

hi,
My husband is currently working in UK on hsmp visa. he is working there on Contract basis. So for applying a Dependant visa, i need to submit his payslips which unfortunately my husband will not be able to get as he is working on Contract basis.
I can only submit Bank statements for 2 months and Tenancy Agreement.

Kindly advise me as to how to go ahead .
Also let me know if Tenancy agreement signed between the agent and my husband is ok ? Will BHC Check?
