HSMP ENTRY CLEARANCE

Hello

I am in Pakistan and going to apply for ENTRY CLEARANCE. I am planning to apply for EC for me and my wife. I have a doubt whether I should submit a single application or will there be 2 separate applications submitted for both of us with separate fees?

Also if anyone can tell what supporting documents will be helpful if submitted with my wife's application? Can a bank statement of her father will be helpful?
